Delete My Data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, whether you hold an account with AI Front Desk or simply messaged a business that uses it. Submit the form below and we will complete verified requests within 30 days, free of charge.

What gets deleted

Once we verify your request, we permanently erase the personal data linked to the phone number or email address you give us:

• your contact record — name, phone number, email address, tags and notes;
• your WhatsApp conversation history with the business, including message content and any media you sent;
• any lead record captured from you, including answers you gave in an automated conversation and your lead score;
• appointments you booked, and reminders queued for them;
• ratings and private feedback you submitted on a review page;
• your account, if you hold one, along with its profile photo and sign-in history.

What we may have to keep

A small amount of information can survive deletion, and only for as long as the law allows:

• records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and tax records;
• an anonymised, non-identifying record that a deletion was performed, so we can evidence we honoured your request;
• data already copied into encrypted backups, which are overwritten on a rolling cycle;
• messages held by WhatsApp itself — those live on Meta's systems, not ours. To remove them you must also delete the chat in your WhatsApp app and contact Meta.

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with the phone number or email address the business has for you. Give the same number you message from — that is how we locate your records.
2. You will get a confirmation code. Keep it: it is how you check progress, and we do not require you to create an account.
3. We verify the request. We may reply asking you to confirm from the number or email address in question, so that nobody can erase a stranger's history by guessing their phone number.
4. We delete your data and mark the request complete. Track it on the status page.

Deleting your WhatsApp data at Meta

This form covers data held by AI Front Desk and the business you contacted. It does not cover the copy of your chats held by WhatsApp. To remove those, delete the chat inside your WhatsApp app and see WhatsApp's own account deletion guidance.
